I don't know why but recently i have had some discomfort in my lower back. It is not usually too noticeable, but when i try to squat, dl or even put too much weight on leg press it gets very annoying. So what kind of legs exercise can i do, i do not want to hurt it further, or should i just lay off leg exercises all together tell it feels better?
