sick of eggs
I have eaten eggs every morning for the last 17 months or so. and i'm really starting to get sick of them. is there something else i can eat instead of eggs in the morning? eggs have so much protein but i can't stand them anymore. i don't want to get burnt out on my other protein foods tho.

I mix it up between eggs, Ezekiel cereal with milk, oatmeal, whey, chicken/meat (yes I have meat for breakfast sometimes...) and some other stuff...really depends on what I have sometimes even.

Egg omlette with crazy ingrediants could mix it up. Put in some jalepenos. Or if you want to burn your tastebuds, habenero peppers.

habanero ain't ****, have you tried naga jolokia? lol
From Wiki: One seed from a Naga Jolokia can produce sustained intense pain sensations in the mouth for up to 30 minutes before subsiding.

Try making oatmeal pankcakes, some good carbs to start you off on the day and taste great, and if you really want protein add protien to the batter, or do what I do and go to the bulkzone and find a high protein flour to replace wheat flour, I get about 40grams of protein with the flour so it's all good, 70 if I add a scoop of protien... http://www.mmmtasty.ca/2006/12/17/su...meal-pancakes/ ...I add a tablespoon of cocoa powder as well for fibre and taste
