I've never heard of it or tried it but it sounds pathetic. Don't put think that your going to grab this video have a sudden knowledge of all the secrets of working abs(my opinion of course).
Don't go waste your money on a video and just go set up your own "8 minute" ab routine.
Of course this is my opinionated advice.....................by the way I think you should work abs for more than 8 min.

there is no way 8 minute abs are going to do anything work out on your abs 20 minutes every other day and you ll see results over time 8 minutes you ll see it the day before you die

ive used use that video, its not bad, but u get use to it fast, and it becomes easy . its more of a begginer ab program i would say.
