My Contest Prep Thread
Training for first competition. Already one week into dieting here is what I'm doing....

2 scoops whey isolate
1 tbls peanut butter
M2
2 cups diced chicken breast
1/4 almonds
M3
2 scoops whey isolate

8oz salmon or tilapia
1 cup green beans
1 tbls olive oil
M5
2 scoops whey isolate
1 tbls peanut butter
M6
6 whole eggs
6 egg whites
2700 calories
390g P
110g F
30g C
15g Fiber
As I get closer to whatever date I compete probably 4 weeks out I will likely replace salmon with tilapia all the time, and take out two peanut butter servings, as well as going straight egg white. I will have to see what I look like closer to.
So far I started 12/29/08 at 235 and 18.5%BF 191.5lbs LMM. Today I weighed 227 16%BF and 190lbs LMM. I lost 1 pound of muscle but 5 pounds of fat.
I am doing 20 minutes of cardio as of today and will update when I increase. I do one cheat meal per week as well.
I am running 1mL of sustaplex 325 every third day and will likely run that through contest and add trenA at 50mg ED for last 6 weeks.
