MastaMoose4's Mitotropin
I will be running a Mitotropin log, I just got it in today so I start tomorrow, I will have measurements and I will also take before pictures and take my weight tomorrow in the morning!
I'm planning to go down at least 3% body fat in a month so we will see how it goes
Background
I broke my ankle in 4 different places last April and now have a plate with ten screws in my ankle and a screw going through the other side of my ankle so heavy weight is off for me.
I am a part time college student and work in a warehouse stocking produce 5 days a week which is a work out.
I will work out around 3 times a week or more (4-5 including cardio and depending how i feel)
I have been working out for 8 years already, trained a guy already (that will hopefully be checking out this log daily or ill kick his ass), and have a good idea of how my body works and reacts.
When all else fails I got bodybuilding.com and Warbird00 (a very smart man and good friend of mine) for help
I will try to keep a 40-40-20 diet and adjust as necessary
I know I can cut successfully with diet alone but I would like to see what kind of help mitotropin can do because I have read countless reviews on its success even without following the diet plan included and I hope to be another one of successful reviews
This is not a sponsored log and I am not getting paid for this so i will not feed anyone BS on this log
Thank you for your time, I will talk to anyone that reads this tomorrow

Mitotropin Day #1
Diet
I had 1,750 calories today, I had no work and no work out so it worked out
Macros P-176 (I'm aiming for a little more probably closer to 190-200)
C-155 (180 including fiber)
F-43 (over 50% of these were right now at night time before bed)
As for measurements, I took my weight and I am starting at 176 pounds in the morning dry (kind of dehydrated also)
Mitotropin
I took it in the morning and 15-25 minutes after taking it I felt a little more awake and everything seemed "clearer" but it definitely didn't feel like a shot of espresso at starbucks (not that its not supposed to, just saying though)
Now the appetite suppression on these things is INSANE! It says take 30 minutes before your first meal, I did not get hungry until over an hour later!
Reflection
I got a work out tomorrow so i will increase my calories significantly to at least 2,200-2,500

Mitotropin Day #2
Diet
I had about 1,800 calories today
Macros P-193
C-185 (not including fiber)
F-45
I took my waist and arms measurements, waist was at 33 and arms were at 15.4
Workout
I did a lot of different exersices with a 12 pound medicine ball, hitt some pull ups, sit ups, curls, tripceps, light deadlifts and then went on a 3-4 mile bike ride
Mitotropin
Felt nice constant energy throughout the day. I had some anxiety a couple hours ago but I do not think this was due to the mitotropin. The appetite suppression on these pills is crazy! Energy at under 2,000 calories and no binge eating or craving! That's unheard of for me. I will get some pictures when I get my hands on a camera. We will see how these pills work for me at work tomorrow but so far I am very happy with them.
Reflection
I work tomorrow and hopefully the mito gives me the energy to do some cardio when I get home (which I am sure I will do either way)

Diet
I hitt 2,000 calories today!
Macros P-209
C-174 (Not including fiber)
F-47
Workout
I hitt the bag today after work
Mitotropin
I feel hotter all of a sudden about 30-45 minutes after i take mitotropin, I guess that thermo is kicking in slowly but surely, appetite suppression is still great, I watched my friends pound down hella carls jr today and I didn't cheat so I am very proud of myself
Reflection
Today was overall good, i decided to go to wal mart which is 20 minutes away so my meal timing was thrown off a bit

kk sounds good about the bold. but yea, its more like steady throughout the day doesnt make you fall asleep type energy, not the shock therapy teeth grinding energy
i think the appetite suppression is the most noticeable thing
and whos the pic of your holding that girls hand on facebook? new gf? your traps looked jacked in that pic!

The appetite suppression effects of Mitotropin have, in my opinion, been the product's best feature. Also, I believe it's claims of raising RMR, due to me sweating my ass off power walking to the airport terminal the other day. I never sweat unless i'm doing hard work, and lately any exercise makes me melt!
I've got 2 weeks left of this bottle. Mitrotropin is really helping me lean out. I've never been under 14% body fat or so before, and this stuff has already pushed me past this point.

I'm taking mitotropin as well and logging it. I love the appetite suppression! And I did notice more energy. Usually after weights, I have no energy for cardio, but since the starting the mito, I have! Good stuff! Good Luck! Subbed.

Actually yes, I did sweat more when I workout. I didn't workout today and didn't notice any thermogenic effects. I'm going to up my dose tomorrow and will be working out, we'll see what happens!

Mitotropin Day #5
Diet
I will of hitt 2432 calories today after my last protein shake. I had a very active day
Macros P-237
C-226 (Not including fiber)
F-43
Workout
I had work and after that I worked out for about an hour
I bench pressed 245 pounds 13 times today!!
Walked my dog about 3-4 miles
Mitotropin
Just suppressed appetite until it wore of about 3:30ish hence my calories. I am still really hungry. I felt the thermo kick in when I was walking my dog but I am not sure if it was because of the jacket i was wearing
Reflection
I am really hoping that the mito kicks is better than it did today. I might have a carb up day tomorrow

Mitotropin Day #5,6,7
Diet
besides day 5 my diet has been pretty much steady with a small cheat meal
Workout
day 5-biked around 4-6 miles
day 6-biked 2-3 miles
day 7-biked 17+ miles+hitt the bag for 15 minutes
Mitotropin
The appetite suppression effects are going away, the thermo hasnt hitt me lately, I get more thermo from green tea--no joke, about 3 times as much of a thermo effect from green tea if not more. I do however feel that steady flow of energy from it still
Reflection
Lets keep going and see where this gets me, although I am very tempted to just stop the mito and just drink my tea and watch my diet , but I will keep logging and taking the mito to see what happens, hopefully I feel some effects tomorrow

Are you taking the full dosage? I've been gradually increasing mine. I haven't really noticed huge thermo effects, but the appetite suppression is really working great for me!
What kind of green tea do you drink? I love Zen from Tazo! So yummy! Do you put lemon in it? I hear vitamin c helps the body absorb the antioxidants better.
I posted some progress pics today if you want to check them out! I don't know if I'm seeing anything though. I figure if I make myself post pics it will motivate me more, knowing everyone has to look at them, lol!

I love making a big pitcher of it iced and then just use a squeeze of lemon in my glass. So good! I'm still not up to the full dosage, just taking 3 when I wake up. I'm going to try taking 3 and then 2 tomorrow and see how that affects me.
