Plasmajet question
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help...I'm taking gaspari's plasmajet and had some questions...
first...i wanted to know when i should take this product? I generally workout around 430 pm and do about 45 min cardio prior to my weight training, and i have my pre workout meal around 3 pm...when would I want to take the plasmajet? The box says 30-60 min prior to workout but ive heard ppl take it several hours before their workout? when would be the best time to take it around my pre workout meal/workout?
2nd...just wanted to make sure it was ok to take this with a product like superpump, and whether id want to take the plasmajet same time i took that which is right when i hit the gym or at different times, thanks again

I've never taken plasmajet, but I've read alot on the boards from just being around and I think I can answer all your questions.
For the when should you take this product, people do everything from 7 hours before to 45 minutes before. Every person is different and you have to experiment around. I've heard 1 and a half hours before is a good time to start. 45 minutes of cardio is alot in my opinion and would drain me before working out, but do what you like. You can take superpump 250 while taking plasmajet. Take superpump the same time you always do.

thx man, i appreciate the input...yeah most ppl say the cardio is a lot, i dunno my body is funny that way, when i dont do my cardio prior to my workout im very sluggish lift wise and it takes me a good 40 min just to get going and feel loose...the cardio helps warm me up and get me going and i have better strength when i do it that way as to doing cardio afterwards, i know that sounds strange but i guess its just how my body reacts as far as getting loose and warmed up and getting a good sweat going prior to my lift

1 - Best results can be experienced in the 2-8 hour timeframe. I recommend trying your first dose at about 6 hours pre-workout. It stays in your system for 48 hours, so no need to be concerned about taking it too early. Adjust your timing as you see fit.
2 - It is stackable with Superpump, as they work through slightly different pathways. They actually compliment each other well and you should have a killer workout and some sick pumps and vascularity.

Yep. It's effects on sexual function, specifically erections, have been well documented.

I workout around 3 pm everyday and usually take superpump around 1 pm. It take me about 35-40 minutes to get to the gym so I mix my superpump before I leave and drink it on the way. I am taking Haladrol also and between those three I am just about over the edge while lifting!

I'm reaching 'heights' I haven't sene in years..this product could be used for this alone and be successful!
iceman, does the red wine extract play a major role in this since it widens them there blood vessels?

As I understand it (and I'm not a chemist or physician) the icariin is the main driver for this effect.
