*Please Read* Help 375+ Trying to make 09' my year.

    Hey All,

I know your busy and you taking time out to read this means so much to me. I am currently 375+ lbs and trying to change my life dramaticlly. I used to be fairly buff and played college football.I broke my ankle and my weight ballooned. I like having a big stature and am not trying to lose alot of weight more so trying to turn than into muscle and still look really big. Like a buff body builder or football player. Their is a contest i am competeting in and it is almost like the biggest loser. If i win i will get 3,000 dollars and would gladly split the money, because its not about the money it is about the way i wanna look and feel. When i used to lift before i would lift for football now i want to lift to look good and become a "monster" look again. Either way thank you so much and if you are up for the challenge Private message me on here and lets not only do this but gain an awesome friendship as well. THank you so much for your time..

I am not sure exactly what you are asking, which is probably why there is little response....

HOWEVER I CAN tell you that you cannot turn excess fat into muscle...what you SHOULD be doing is focussing on losing the fat through diet and cardio while incorporating regular weight training sessions to build on the muscle you (already?) have....once you have the fat down to a healthy level you can continue to focus on building more

Not quite sure where the idea of "turning fat into muscle" came along, but I hear it fairly often. Just imagine if these people actually managed such a feat. Nothing like seeing a ripped and muscular pot belly strutting down the beach.
