Back on diet!
After trimming back to 189 and "bulking" to 215, I decided it's time to start dieting again. Goal this time: 175. And there I plan to stay: just keep the bodyfat percentage as low as possible. No point to putting on weight if it's mostly fat anyway! LOL!
