Hey guys does anyone know of a good supportive bra for running? Right now I'm using plain old sports bras which I find uncomfortable and not supportive at all. Thanks in advance!

2 bras
I use a racerback underwire bra and then put on a sports bra on top.
I find that most sports bras a lone don't offer much support.

I think it really depends on your bra size and what works for you.... my gf is a 34DDD so we order them from a special website ment for larger bust and support, if this falls in your arena feel free to PM me and I will shoot you the link, and some sports bras we have found to work well.
I do not sugar coat things, but you got in the condition you're in by "sugar coating."

yes i kno what you are going thru... i found that holding your boobs is a great workout for your arms while your running and supports them, its harder to get a grip when there is clothes, but we must wear clothes, the most supportavie clothes you should wear is a comfotable underwire pushup bra, a sports bra on top, then a tight shirt on top, if you dont want to wear the shirt its still ok, that will limit bounceing, but it wont prevent all bounceing, holding boobs while they are in this device is the best way to prevent bouncing. it gives your arms a much better workout holding them ! while running. if you dont hold them while running your arms wont get as good of a wokout, you will feel it just try it. thats what i do. if you dont want to hold them, thats fine. you dont have to hold them, if you dont they'll bounce, but the device i said will limit there bouncing. tell me your results. thanks.
i want to gain 10 booty inches like temeca

Thanks for the suggestions everyone.
mavrick77, thank you but I don't have a large bust (Bcup) I just need something to keep the boobs in place while running.
sexyhustle, I often end up holding them during a run but imo it detracts from the workout. I'd rather have my arms free. I think for now I'll use a pushup bra under a sports bra till I find one specificaly for runners.

You might want to try www.titlenine.com
I have a large chest as well (34ddd) and they have a good variety of bras for all sizes. They rate their bras on a barbell system - the more barbells the bra has, the more support it offers you.
The one I got held my girls up while training for a half marathon. They're a bit more expensive, but worth it!

I think somebody already said this, but I wear a regular underwire bra underneath a good tight(tho not constricting) sports bra like Nike and that works pretty well for me. good luck!

mine do bounce when i run. When i was in hs kids would laugh cuz i had "man tits" but it was muscle. Ive lost some size though.
I hate running the day after i did chest, terrible.
when i get out of the shower, i sometimes look in the mirror and do a little jump for my entertainment.

I would advise BiaBrazil active wear. The best workout clothes on the planet...more expensive but to me it's an investment. Holds everything in and I mean everything!!

Just to clarify...this is not my website lol!!
