There isn't any powerlifting specific brand. I just use whey.

Cow + Milk + Chicken + Pork.
Post workout use whey or a blend + carbs. Otherwise, get your food from food.

A good name brand that contains fast, medium and slow protein. The reason for this is because body needs at all times is a prolonged and relatively constant flow of amino acids into the bloodstream. This can best be accomplished by ingesting a blend of different protein types. The protein types are whey isolates, egg protein and casein.

I use a protein that has whey, egg and casein. But it doesn't matter what sport you play... just eat.
Quest Nutrition is a powerlifting-supported brand. They have close ties with Titan.

Only because I imagine someone may have had a word with him about his flagrant adverts in his posts.
And OP. Any protein ever, really. Food first, supplements after. Whey is fast releasing in comparison to casein, so casein is obv better to consume before you sleep, if you want to do that.

Be cautious, there. You wouldn't want to get sued! (yes, serious, unfortunately... see link)

Hopefully... but S y n t r a x proved us otherwise... (name altered to avoid name search, which the company used to add more people to the list of members being sued)

you can get sued for anything, whether or not it is an actual actionable cause is another thing.

Could I not just represent myself and use ''this is obviously ridiculous and a waste of everyone's time'' as my argument?

Quite a long time, I imagine. I was just saying that because I was actually intrigued. Does it serve any purpose other than wasting time and money? I really don't see why they would bother doing it if it was never going anywhere.

if you don't have much of a case, but you have time, you can make other people settle by wasting enough of theirs.
i've done it, every time you get in front of a judge you ask for a continuance for another 90 days. most of the time they grant it.
so you have to take a whole day off work or whatever, sit in the courtroom for a while and then it gets postponed.
i do that a few times and you go..well...it may be worth it just to make this go away.
