Umm...because of certain members whose maturity has gone down the drain(flames, fake stats, Trolls) I will no longer give advice, comments in other sections. I will still post in this thread (this section) but I have unofficially "banned" myself from teen bodybuilding, exercises, sports training, and Derek's Contest Thread. I am getting tired of constant lies and flames. I will update this thread and post or comment in the Powerlifting/Strongman section because of more experienced lifters who obviously know what they are doing(Bigpop,Painthriller, etc.) These are probaly some of the best knowledgle people in this section and I appreciate that. But my last message is this: Enough with the flames and dumb post, we don't need that here.

Right now, I am trying to find a special video on my computer that contains the squat for reps (a safari vechicle weighing 710,the most ever used for squat reps) that was used during the 2001 World's Strongest Man Finals. But here is a picture of Martin Muhr of Germany who did 6 reps of 710.
If this pic does not get you wanting to squat, nothing will.
http://www.martin-muhr.de/fotos/0008_67.html
And here is Hugo Girard Squatting:
http://www.hugogirard.com/photos/136.jpg
Here were the results of the squat:
1. Svend-11-reps
2. Hugo Girard-9 reps
3. Stumpy Raynes-9 reps
4. Martin Muhr-6 reps
5. Janne Virtanen-4 reps
6. Jarek Dymek-1 rep
7. Phil Pfister-0 rep
8. Juha Rasanen-0 rep
9. Wout Ziljstar-0 rep
10. Magnus Samuelsson-0 rep(he needed at least one rep to win or get second place)
Here is a pic of the Finals Group. I nicknamed them "the 20in group" because every member had at least 20in biceps or more.
