    Lsu Workout Program

    So i am assuming it is going to give me some strength but how much mass is it going to pack on me in the 8 weeks it gives you? i guess I'll just restart it when it ends but is it designed to add a good bit of mass as well?

    i have the football workout. they sent it to my friend but he commited to ucla so i got it. its not bad. but it was like 100 pages.
