1. Climb a 6 foot wall.
2. Do a 6-stair climb system and completes three over-and-back.
3. Physical Restraint Simulation: Pull a reasonable amount of weight in a 180 degree semi-circle back and forth 2 times...then push the same weight in 180 degree semi-circle back and forth 2 times.
4. Run around a set of cones for 600 feet.
5. Drag a 170 pound dummy 45 feet.
