really easy, I just went to my doctor and told him:
-I was averaging 4 hours sleep a night
-had altered my diet to try to attempt to combat this
-tried OTC stuff
-it was negatively impacting me
and he gave me a few samples of different meds to see what would work best for me and then I called later and told him I preferred ambien. I really don't have to use it much anymore though

Usually they'll just dribble the ball a couple times looking like that retard kid from those Gatorade commercials that hit like a hundred three-pointers in a row a couple years back, then stop so they can talk about how organized sports is way too mainstream for them.
