Oh **** Kelli Pickler and Taylor Swift be lookin hott in their new video together.
In other news, a buddy on the rugby team is in the ICU after suffering neck injuries from jumping into a pond. He has been concious and talking some so i guess thats a good thing, and has surgery scheduled all this week. Please keep him in your prayers.

Is it just me or has T-nation become the ****tiest website ever.
And on a side, and slightly relevant note; Has Dave Tate completely gone insane? It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but rather the one most responsive to change.

while t-nation has some decent articles(Dan John), i just cant get behind a site that pimps its supplements so goddamn hard non-stop.
Also, im tired of hearing about this ****ing anaconda ****, that now, all of the sudden, they magically won't release.
Im also in the market for a new belt, ive had a lot of suggestions to get an inzer forever belt,, anything else?
Id be using it for squats, deads, farmers, axle cleans, etc.

my dad did that when he was 30, there was a 20 ft cliff, and there was a deep hole in the water like 30 ft deep, but he missed and hit the part that was 4-5 ft deep (head first)
he just sorta walked out of the water and started cursing.... but was otherwise fine (according to him at least)
it seems like jumping into shallow bits of water is getting more popular....
