Sh*t man! that is fast... like REALLY fast. If you can break 12 seconds you are flying.
I find the trick with speed work is really distributing the load of CNS work over the whole body. You can do all the sprinting you want... but you will get to a point of diminishing returns. I find that really hitting the CNS hard with upperbody exercises will allow you to progress. I do alot of boxing/shadow boxing, upperbody lifting.
You should do a search for Bob Hayes (I think it was him..) who focused on improving his upper body strength through those methods. There's a video of him beating Ben Johnson.

With your kind of speed your either naturally gifted or have been training your ass off for a while.
Your do any kind of flexibilty program?
Also how is your technique? I'm particularly talking about your breathing throughout your 100, have you ever been coached on that?

First off, very impressive time. Just keep training hard like you are doing, and keep hitting legs hard. Also, Stretch alot throughout the day. I noticed my speed improved when my flexibility improves. Good luck

i wouldnt say im "gifted" but i got the good gene like back in grade school i was faster then alot of the kids, and my dad was fast in track....but its weird cuz my brother never got the speed...but he was a fast swimming....and i hate swimming so it equals out in a way...
and no i dont really do anything special....just hit everything extra hard and keep flexable etc...
