Like everyone on these forums, somewhere in my life I discovered weight training and nutrition and fell in love. And just like everyone else, I was completely unaware of what I should be doing. You know what I'm talking about. You thought that all you needed to do was get some nice pump in your biceps, bench a lot, and finish up with some crunches. Fortunately, I found enlightenment. I'll spare you the details, but at some point I found this site, spent a lot of time on the forums, realized I wasn't learning anything new, and expanded my horizons by visiting more sites and reading new material. Lets just say I spend a lot of time reading and learning about training and nutrition.
I rarely spend time on the BB.com forums anymore, but I feel that the teen forum especially is full of enthusiastic, hormone raging teens that are in need of guidance. So here's where I come in. I'm providing a list of all the links I have bookmarked. These are all high quality sites that I visit daily and I think everyone here would benefit greatly from reading more. To quote Bruce Lee, "absorb what is useful, discard what is not, add what is uniquely yours."
Here we go. (in no particular order)

Obviously, some sites are better than others. Ideally, you'd visit all the sites, but I know we're lazy and pressed for time in our lives, so I'll do you a favor and narrow the list down to my favorites.
RoPaWrastla's favorites:
http://conditioningresearch.blogspot.com/
http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/
http://www.t-nation.com/
There you have it. I think that everyone here with aspirations to better themselves and their physiques should take a look at some of these sites and learn. I can say from personal experience that I have developed so much in the last few months just by visiting these sites a couple times a week.
If you have any questions, ask away.

i figured that everyone already knew about the site... but i do find it to be very generic and a lot of it isn't that good.
parts of it are annoying, but they have some fantastic authors that contribute regularly. the biotest pimping pisses me off.
a new england prep school. certified to wrestle at 135, plan on going 140, and weigh 145 right now. you?
