    Rapid weight gain on bulking

    im 6'1, 200 pounds...10 days ago i was 195. 2 weeks ago i started on the 6 meals a day, high protein, less fat diet that you need to be on when bulking. now ive been in the gym lifting and doing cardio in between lift days but 5 pounds just shot on to me...is this bad or common?

    this is a normal day

    breakfast- 2 servings of eggbeaters. 2 pieces of wheat toast w/ peanut butter
    snack-apple
    lunch- grilled chicken and a salad
    supper- varies
    snack-protein shake

    +protein shake after workout

    nah, ive been ****tin...i guess it is mostly water since ive drank more water in the last two weeks than in my entire life...does that go away?

    (i just dont want to be 224 pounds next week, thats why im askin all these questions)

    Don't you lose water weight with increased water consumption? I guess maybe not at first but over time you body holds less water if you drink more, am I right?

    I started at 200, 6'2- 15% BF, and 3 1/2 months later im 250 at about 20%BF
    The first 2 weeks I started I went from McDonalds 3 times a day to a VERY clean diet and doubled up my calories, started creatine and gained 20 pounds.

    The bulk im on is going extremly well, actually I doubt im 20% BF, probably close to the same as when I started, If I keep my BF reasonable I'm just gonna keep bulking up to 280 or so, I just want to have a nice body by summer time which leaves me lots of time to finish my bulk and run a good cut.
