im 6'1, 200 pounds...10 days ago i was 195. 2 weeks ago i started on the 6 meals a day, high protein, less fat diet that you need to be on when bulking. now ive been in the gym lifting and doing cardio in between lift days but 5 pounds just shot on to me...is this bad or common?
this is a normal day
breakfast- 2 servings of eggbeaters. 2 pieces of wheat toast w/ peanut butter
snack-apple
lunch- grilled chicken and a salad
supper- varies
snack-protein shake
+protein shake after workout
