A couple of really good videos are turbo jam, and hip hop abs. I do not have much space either, but can do those videos. Charlene of the turbo jam series can really get your a$$ in gear. Awesome cardio. Another good series is the Power 90X. Tony horton is motivating, and gives you a great workout.
Those are the ones I do on days that I want extra cardio, and they really seem to get the job done.

I have the 5-pack of Jillian michael's DVD, for when I'm in vacation or can't go to the gym! Their just awesome..she really makes you push your butt like no one else do!! She use both, cardio and weight training in it, so you're burning lots of calories with the cardio while toning all your trouble part with all the right exersices! I really love them!

I really like Cathe Friedrich videos, kick punch crunch in particular. Her step aerobics videos are good too if you're into that sort of thing. I used to use her strength videos, mainly her supersets and push/pull workouts. I work legs twice a week and I'll sometimes use her legs and glutes video for my second leg day.

I have two really cheap low budgets DVDs I swear by. The instructer is Shelly McDonald and they're called the Caribbean workout, I have the aerobics and kickboxing tapes. Each DVD has 4 - 20 minute workouts. They're pretty intense and require very little room and pretty much no equipment.

I used to use The Firm videos religiously....especially the classics. They incorporate cardio with weight training.

I agree with Turbo Jam, mostly because it is also fun, but it does need a bit of space to do the work. If you can move a coffee table out of the way and swing your legs, great, if it is more bedroom sort of space, it may be too cramped.
I am strapped for space as well, living in apartments in NYC and OC, and have found Jeanett Jenkins' Cardio Sculpt and Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred are both good, with a lot of basic moves but will work you. Definitely for beginners to intermediate.
If you are intermediate to advanced, I'd go with Jillian Michaels' How to Win by Losing or Cathe Friedrichs' Drill Max. Both use a step in the videos and are way too advanced for me at this point, but after viewing them I can say they offer a challenging workout.
