Take Muscle Milk before bed. It contains casein and this is a slow digesting protein that will help you grow and repair over night.
After you are done working out, just get 40 - 50 g of protein and 60 - 100 g of carbohydrates. Make sure you eat well throughout the day. If you are getting really sore muscles, add in some BCAA. Scivation XTEND is a great choice.
