I need help finding a good supplement...

I'm looking for a supplement that I can take before bed for muscle repair, as well as something that I can take after I workout that's good for muscle growth & repair.

I'm taking Whey Protein now ...

Take Muscle Milk before bed. It contains casein and this is a slow digesting protein that will help you grow and repair over night.

After you are done working out, just get 40 - 50 g of protein and 60 - 100 g of carbohydrates. Make sure you eat well throughout the day. If you are getting really sore muscles, add in some BCAA. Scivation XTEND is a great choice.

Cottage cheese for sure. I have that and Natty PB. When I'm stuck on the ship I have ON Casein. Good to go.
