If a guy has a very high waist to chest ratio would that be more attractive? Would you prefer a very high ratio like 1.6+ to something more average? also whats your preference on a guys waist? are you more attracted to a guy with a tiny waist or average waist? the smaller the better?

Use common sense. If your waist is thick, eventho you are low bf, and your shoulders are tiny then you are going to look off. Hence focusing on hitting lats and shoulders to improve the imbalance.
