5x3 215 squat big drop
2x30 band prison abs (2 pink bands)
2x8 incline situp with 25 lb db behind my head
2x8 GHR +5
3x5 160 smith machine Press drop SS with x12 pullaparts
2x15 Facepulls
2x10 pushdowns
Squat drop is probably 20 lbs. 5x3 or 3x5 is my 8rm and i was around 240 for that, should be back in two weeks. smith machine press is a slight drop
