Goals: Compete in one of the many powerlifting competitions in the spring raw.

It'l be my first meet ever and i have high expectations for myself so im hoping to do well.

Im coming off a back injury that prevented me from doing squats and deadlifts for a good while so im trying to ease back into them

I take protein powder after workouts and I dont follow a diet plan, i just watch what i eat meaning no candy etc.

The workout plan i use is:
One muscle group a day training 6-7 days a week, no specific exercise's except bench press on chest days, squat on leg days and deadlift on back day.

Although i dont have any specific exercises laid out each week, im usually pretty consistent in what i work, because i've found what exercises i prefer etc.
