Started lifting after school last year for a semester. Worked a different muscle every day 5 days a week. Got sick over Christmas break and never got back into it. Now this Christmas break I've seen how my friends have changed and I've decided that i need a change too. I feel that this log will help me keep up with lifting and not slack off as I did the year before.
Military Press: 105x5
Power Clean: 105x5
I'm looking to gain as much mass as possible. My secondary goal is strength. I hope to weigh at least 180lbs by May 1st, 2009.
I'll be doing a basic 5x5.
Alternating workout A&B on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
3x5 Bench Press
3x5 Standing military press
3x5 Power cleans
