Background:
Started lifting after school last year for a semester. Worked a different muscle every day 5 days a week. Got sick over Christmas break and never got back into it. Now this Christmas break I've seen how my friends have changed and I've decided that i need a change too. I feel that this log will help me keep up with lifting and not slack off as I did the year before.
Stats:
6'3 145
Deadlift: 145x5
Bench: 135x5
Squat: 135x5
Military Press: 105x5
Power Clean: 105x5
Goals:
I'm looking to gain as much mass as possible. My secondary goal is strength. I hope to weigh at least 180lbs by May 1st, 2009.
Schedule:
I'll be doing a basic 5x5.
Alternating workout A&B on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Workout A
3x5 Squat
3x5 Bench Press
1x5 Deadlift
Workout B
3x5 Squat
3x5 Standing military press
3x5 Power cleans

Deadlift:
165 x 5
Workout went very well, increased all weight by 10 except for my deadlift I increased 20 pounds from Monday.

ok, so ur max squat is 135x5, but ut gonna do 155x5?

I'm not sure what my max squat would be.. I did squat, bench, military, power clean, and deadlift on Wednesday and those were what i was able to increase to and the reps.

Last week I just worked out off and on with friends before we all went back to college. Starting up again this week.
Diet: Waiting for paycheck this Friday to go shopping, out of Pro Complex Gainer, and alot of other things. Can't wait to get my diet in check.
