    how can i get a thicker wider back?

    yeah so how can i improve my V taper? what exercises are good to acomplish this?

    Ok first of all, use the search function, this question is asked alot. Deadlifts are great for thickness, rows are great for width, and thickness too..switch it up occasionally, do various forms of rows, pull-downs, etc
