Ah, well can't wait to see the workout. And as for the game PC is the way to go
After getting used to keyboard and mouse I'd never go back. Althought getting a blu ray player you can't go wrong w/ PS3
Will have to try the drink, Fell in love with Wild Turkey's American Honey Whiskey last weekend? Have you tried it? I drank it strait and in DP and was delish"He's a good athlete! I want his dick in me!" ~~~ Quote from the Goose ~~~

Great PR's and great weight being moved in this one. It's always really nice to receive compliments from others in the gym, especially when they're coming from a more advanced lifter. You definitely deserved that compliment after the work put in tonight, congrats. You still lifting with your buddy, or were you solo tonight?
Agreed with hudson...Wild Turkey American Honey is some good stuff!Workout Journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=159256121

I used to be a huge computer gamer, mainly in WoW. So I'm trying to avoid PC gaming, cause I'll go back to WoW and it won't be pretty

I've never tried man. The latest drink I ever tried, besides the Zombie was something called a 'Porn Star' Seems to come in a shot or drink variety.
And what's DP? What I'm thinking what DP is, it's prolly wrong
Thanks mang! Forgot to say, I did the deads chalked up. I don't like straps. It just throws off the feel for the exercise. Mind you, I do use straps on the DB SLDL
Thank you, sir. Kindly appreciated. I was with my buddy. We did the deads together and sorta parted. Cause we were both feeling something else instead. Spotted each other though, so it worked out well. And that's fine by me
I'll trade you some Canadian beer (not the crappy Canadian beer) for some of this Wild Turkey
Shi, son. That's still respectable.
I prefer DB on the SLDL. Feels I can get a better ROM or MMC. Which is a world of a difference. Just personal preference, really.

In for another cool LOG!
Very nice back/leg strength with the 365 deads (once you get the grip for the 4 reps, 365x4 is no probs with 4 plates, a nice amount). Also those fronts are killer at 210, I have never gone over 185 because my damn delts cramp up and I get delt burns from the bar. I think I need to pad it like the girls do.
Is that 100lb DB's in each hand for SLDL's? If so, wowsers!

You know what man? I dunno. I can't say why it did. Everything felt good.
Thanks my mang
PR's, sir. There was more than one
There's always the option of using the a clean grip man. But I like strength and flexibility in my wrists. And thanks for the props, it's truly appreciated.
Yessir
Thanks mang. I just gotta keep on going on. I find foam rolling helps out a lot with keeping the injuries down and feeling less stiff
Sorry brah? I don't understand
No straps. Just chalk
You miring? Cause I am

I like your choice of songs... we have the same taste... well, not the exact same (unless you <3 Lady Gaga or the Backstreet boy)
I also like your cleans... so hawt.Contest Prep Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=146273283&p=911273403&posted=1#post911273403

The dude said it torwards the end of the workout. But stil felt good mang
I dig the DB SLDL. They feel more natural, well sorta. Plus it's sorta nice moving hundo's
Oh, god. I was way off
And yes, avoiding WoW is a damn good idea. Anytime I see vids of game play, I wanna go back
I can't blam you, dude . I am pretty awesome
Thank you kindly
I was talking to a few people and they said my clean form was meh. I need to do a lot of more work on 'em
And it's a new PR since post injury broham. May not count to some, but for me it shows I'm making progress
haha. No worries, mang
I wouldn't call lady Lady Gaga my favorite type of music. But she's got some good tunes for a damn good night out. And Backstreet Boys? No
I usually just drink the hard stuff, man. And if I'm not drinking I just alternative methods to chill Wish I prefer a lot
Sure, why not? You only live once
That's might respectable, dude. Good job.
And thanks for the props on the squat. But just remember compete only against yourself and strive for actual progress. But there's nothing wrong with having people inspire you and to drive you
Thanks mang! And x13432 on chalk
