    Absolutely great workout considering yesterday I was up to 4:00 am. Friends were over and we got into the home made wine (so awesome) and zombies. And then got 4 or so hours of sleep. Then a 3 hour nap

    Potentially the high-light of the workout was some jacked manlet dude. Strong as phawk (squatting 4 and hack squatting 4) came up to me and said 'Not many guys deadlift in this gym. You did well man'.

    After getting used to keyboard and mouse I'd never go back. Althought getting a blu ray player you can't go wrong w/ PS3

    Will have to try the drink, Fell in love with Wild Turkey's American Honey Whiskey last weekend? Have you tried it? I drank it strait and in DP and was delish

    Great PR's and great weight being moved in this one. It's always really nice to receive compliments from others in the gym, especially when they're coming from a more advanced lifter. You definitely deserved that compliment after the work put in tonight, congrats. You still lifting with your buddy, or were you solo tonight?

    Still, hardass work man. Why do you do SLDL with DB's? I find that BB strapped, with feet pointed inwards, hits the hams harder.

    I used to be a huge computer gamer, mainly in WoW. So I'm trying to avoid PC gaming, cause I'll go back to WoW and it won't be pretty

    Thanks mang! Forgot to say, I did the deads chalked up. I don't like straps. It just throws off the feel for the exercise. Mind you, I do use straps on the DB SLDL

    Thank you, sir. Kindly appreciated. I was with my buddy. We did the deads together and sorta parted. Cause we were both feeling something else instead. Spotted each other though, so it worked out well. And that's fine by me

    I prefer DB on the SLDL. Feels I can get a better ROM or MMC. Which is a world of a difference. Just personal preference, really.

    In for another cool LOG!

    Very nice back/leg strength with the 365 deads (once you get the grip for the 4 reps, 365x4 is no probs with 4 plates, a nice amount). Also those fronts are killer at 210, I have never gone over 185 because my damn delts cramp up and I get delt burns from the bar. I think I need to pad it like the girls do.

    Is that 100lb DB's in each hand for SLDL's? If so, wowsers!

    There's always the option of using the a clean grip man. But I like strength and flexibility in my wrists. And thanks for the props, it's truly appreciated.

    Thanks mang. I just gotta keep on going on. I find foam rolling helps out a lot with keeping the injuries down and feeling less stiff

    I was talking to a few people and they said my clean form was meh. I need to do a lot of more work on 'em

    And it's a new PR since post injury broham. May not count to some, but for me it shows I'm making progress

    Love the setup of the iron..fronts, SLDL DB's are by far two of my fave leg lifts - easy on the knees and maximum DOM's assured
