How does this look for a gym and studio?

Just went up for sale a few weeks ago in my town, looks perfect for a fitness facility and also to use as my studio. Parking lot, and near lots of traffic. What do you all think?

Looks great from the pictures plenty of space and parking. And you said it is around a lot of traffic even better. What the real question is does it work for you? Is it in an area that allows you to target the clients you want? Does it fit into your business plan? Do you have an accountant you can run this buy to make sure you are taking a calculated risk? You just have to have a well thought out plan before jumping into something like that.

Looks great. I'd fix up the entrance for wheelchair access as that could be a potential target market.
