Anyone know of any good cook books or websites that actually tell you what food you should be eating while loosing weight but gaining muscle at the same time. Even websites if you don't know any books.
Good at the training but its definatley the nutrion side that lets me down.

There is Precision Nutrition, I think there is a free download...not sure
Body For Life has one too
Body By Eats is coming out in a month or so and there is a free download for that.
Then look around there are recipe sections in every forum that has to do with fitness/health.
Also you should just focus on one goal at a time...lose the fat then focus on the muscle.
