My gym doesn't open during the weekends(Saturday and Sunday) and weeks like the xmas and new year's one I got pretty much screwed over. X mas was on Wednesday and they didn't open on Thursday or Friday...plus the weekend as usual; so that was 4 days total of not working out.
I don't feel comfortable doing this so I'm trying to find a routine that I can do with the "little" home equipment that I have.
I would DEFINITELY appreciate if you can help me out creating a nice(badass) routine. I would rather have a split routine for 2 days but I wouldn't mind doing a full body one neither.
