Sorry about the lack of updates, but, I've just been SO busy at work and @ home that I haven't had any time for anything else.
I'm about to do the Crossfit WOD, and may start doing them for my workouts regularly. Hopefully this will help me get in a little better shape. I am starting a Jiu Jitsu class this weekend, and I would hate to puke on my first day, lol.
Anyway, I'm going to ramp back up the HIIT cardio to try to get into better shape.
