Update Pics (Abs)
Okay I joined BB back in 2008. I always wanted killer abs. At the time, my abs weren't horrible but they could've been better.

Now I am bulking up.. I am 162 I want to get to 175-180 and then cut again before I leave in June.

5'6 and 1/2 to be exact. im 162 as of today, i have a big thighs and ass. bench 220, squat 295 (will be 300 hopefully tomorrow), clean 195 (i hate cleaning... but whatever)

You don't have abs. You have scrawny which exposes your small amount of lean muscle, much like you would see in pictures of prisoners in Auschwitz concentration camp around 1944. You cut down the little, tiny amount of fat you had while generating zero muscle. Die young.
