I have been thinking about ways to improve my diet. i am a college basketball who eats whatever I want and can stay at 195-200 lbs depending on time of season and how many times a week we lift as a team. I was told body builders have great diet advice hence why i am here. Has anyone tried one minute brown rice? is this healthy? How do you make it taste better? thanks for all the help

one minute brown rice i dont know, I just buy the stuff you have to cook and cook it in a rice cooker. I will make enough for 3-5 days, and just warm it up as needed. I always eat it plain, i like the taste

Check the macros on the box.....I've taken a look at this product and there isn't much a change in anything...Your just paying more for less than half the amount you would get if you just bought normal brown rice. I go through alot so I don't bother with the minute stuff but I know people who use it and haven't heard any complaints.
