I was wondering how to make the vein that runs up the arm into the front shoulder to the chest to pop out. I have a pretty low BF% around 9% and my forearm and bicep veins stick out very nicely, but for some reason the shoulder vein doesnt stick out, are there certain exercises to do or is it genetics or do i need 7%BF, just let me know, thanks

probably genetics, not sure but veins in arms can be seen in mostly everyone. i dont see many people with the shoulder vein your talking about.

Some of it would be genetics but a lower BF% will always help vascularity.

Strange indeed.
I'm at 14% bodyfat, and both veins are visibile in my shoulders, biceps and forearms when my muscles are cold.
I don't have leg veins for **** though, so you probably have prominent vascularity elsewhere.

increase blood flow demand to the area...more chest isolation moves.
After 4-6 weeks of targeting chest, my "front shoulder" veins started showing more. I was at 9% BF then.
EDIT: Just saw your other thread is "my chest is too big."
Looks like you have conflicting goals..."Suffer the pain of discipline or suffer the pain of regret."
Training regularly but no progress?
You need one or more of these: more food, more weight, more reps or more rest.

I think it's genetic, because I'm around 15% body fat (although my arms are skinny) and my shoulder vein can get prominent
