things are still going fine.
weight gain is at 7 pounds.
workouts have been good. strength is up around 15 pounds across the board. Starting to flatten out compared to the first two weeks. Sides have been minimal. The worst being lower back pumps which have been somewhat annoying but still tolerable.
The main thing that has stayed strong throughout is the intensity in the gym - drive to workout at max level is nonstop.bmbc
