    i never really got to ask u about the length of ur workouts, how long are u in the gym workin out? and wht abt the rest between sets.. is it fixed amount?

    I'd say I am in the gym from 1h-1h30 depending on the workout. Legs will be longer for obvious reasons. It also depends on what exercises, if I do deadlifts or squats that takes quite a long time usually. No fixed amount for rest, I just go when I feel I am ready, it's probably anywhere from 1-2 minutes or longer if its deadlift/squat/bench.

    I've never been the person to follow like a workout program like west side or anything like that, I just go to the gym and lift.

    no u need to kick his ass lol, ive been doin dbell shrugss. dont like callis. part of my hand, i can feel hard stiff sections. especially near the bottom of my fingers joining the palm

    EDIT: btw doing shrugs tonite heh but not as heavy as u

    calluses make you a man. I generally have quite dry skin, EVERYWHERE so my hands can look and feel pretty gross sometimes. When I didn't deadlift for 2-3 months and went back to it the first time I ripped my hands apart. They were just pure red all my calluses ripped off.

    Besides the squats it was a good workout. I almost threw up during/after the workout too lol I had to pull over on the side of the road and sit there for a few minutes. I think I'm going to take the weekend off and workout M-F for the next few weeks, well we will see anyways. I start my 40hours/week on monday

    Some girl asked why I don't do cardio, and I said I will when I start dieting and she thought I was dieting already for my show in November lol I told her I would start in August and she was like , you can lose 15-20lbs in 4 months? haha

    just by doing random google searched I found out what the hell is wrong with my skin. I've always had these little bumps on the backs of my arms and on my thighs since I was a little kid, so I don't have smooth as butter skin like Alberto (no homo) lol

    Did about 20-25min of foam rolling/stretching, legs feel pretty dang loose now! I also found a cool calorie counter for my iPhone so I will take advantage of that, or try to at least

    I post right after my workout anyways, within 30m lol It's called MyFitnessPal, and I don't think I would ever bring it inside the gym in fear of me or someone dropping and or stepping on it, I just use my ipod nano

    WORST WORKOUT EVER! I forgot my iPod and found out when I go to the gym and I screamed "FUCK" so that sucked. I was falling asleep at my house because I only got like 4 hours of sleep so I felt like **** and I was tired from working ( I had to move a bunch of ****) so I had no strength

    I just have this feeling my workouts are gonna be really ****ty for the next 3 weeks, I have to wakeup at 5am M-F for that duration and I am not going to bed at like 10pm lol I'll be moving stuff around the whole day (they are basically moving my whole grocery store to diff aisles and I have to do it)
