off day today! My cousins came and took my old bed for their guest room, I had the same bed for 17 or 18 years (same mattress too). After that my mom decided to make me go through my closet and get rid of old clothes and I filled 2 garbage bags of clothes I've outgrown or just won't ever wear lol Some of that **** still has the tag on and I'm giving it away lol People at value village are gonna go crazy!!!!
Going shopping tomorrow to HOLLISTER to get some fresh apparel for school. I am moving up to a LARGE now but I am sure I'm going to get a few Medium's to show off the guns once in a while Leg workout after this, oh joyWorkout Log

Spent $187 at Hollister LOL The freaking hoodie I got was 80 bucks! 1 Hoodie, 1 pair of shorts and 3 t-shirts. Oh well I won't be getting new clothes till next year anyways besides christmas which I ain't buyin myself lol

yea I kind of wanted to say something LOL Oh well I never buy clothes anyways so I have till next year haha. I get most of mine on my birthday/christmas. 405 will prob take a while, my back rounds on 315 on the first rep but then it's usually fine but the first rep is always the worst form lol.

Today is supposed to be an off day but I think I might go do cardio/abs/calves cuz Im going to be bored as hell if I don't do something lol.
also I've been thinking of my halloween costume, probably an 80's workout wear with short shorts, cut off tank (cut off prob mid stomach) and then the obvious sweatband/headband with a fanny pack. I would want to cut up(tone with high reps LOL ) so in the beginning of october I might start doing cardio 2x a week or something. I may have to even get a tan for thisWorkout Log

I just got a phone call from the bank (a recording) about someone using my debit card from a weird location and they are looking into it. They said to go get a new card so I'm goin to the bank after school tomorrow to do it.

Are there any good things you can do to work on grip strength, I mean I guess I could start doing some direct forearm work. It pisses me off that I can't hold very much weight lol I hate using straps because I just feel like I'm "cheating" in a sense.
