Yo dudes, trained back on we'd but probably won't workout until Sunday again. I actually DO want to go do chest today but I'll try and save it for Sunday if I can lol.

Strong benching brah! I'm less than 3 weeks out so my strength blows, but even at my strongest I only put up like 185x6 on bench haha. How's the weight/muscle gain coming along?

The alaska wasn't related to my job. Save On has a programmer job at Head Office so I applied to that and they called me back 2 days later. Where are you working right now? I know victoria but what are you actually doing.

I'm just doing QA testing for now, the technology at my company is pretty obscure and I'm still learning some of the more basic functionality, let alone even touching code, lol
I have a review thing scheduled in 4 months & will figure out the future from there.
Yeah but to be fair, most people aren't using nearly as strict form as you.... lots of "200 benches" are actually 200 bounces.

Solid workouts as usual brah. I noticed that compared to your back in your contest prep pics, your back looks noticeably thicker now (based on those pics like 10 pages back). I have a pretty wide back but I wanna work on getting my back a lot thicker after my show, do you have any tips?

Thanks, my back has A LONG way to go though!!! As for "thickness" well everyone always says do lots of rowing for thickness so I would just say that haha. Trying diff angles and seeing what feels the best. I'm a big believer in feeling the muscle work, and since you can't see your back when you train, it's harder to get the MMC for it.

Had my job interview today and it went pretty well I thought. They phoned me back a few hours later and asked me to come back for another interview this Tuesday so I guess that is good news! I was in a great mood after that, took my PWO, drove to the gym and it was closed down! Fire trucks & cop cars everywhere, I guess there was a chemical spill in the parking lot from a delivery truck so they evaculated the whole building.
