    Yo dudes, trained back on we'd but probably won't workout until Sunday again. I actually DO want to go do chest today but I'll try and save it for Sunday if I can lol.

    Had a phone interview today, set up an in person one in a few weeks so I am hoping I get the job. So sick of this grocery story and this job is actually at their head office, but as a programmer.

    The alaska wasn't related to my job. Save On has a programmer job at Head Office so I applied to that and they called me back 2 days later. Where are you working right now? I know victoria but what are you actually doing.

    Ahh, I see. Quick timing says a lot =o

    I'm just doing QA testing for now, the technology at my company is pretty obscure and I'm still learning some of the more basic functionality, let alone even touching code, lol
    I have a review thing scheduled in 4 months & will figure out the future from there.

    ahh ic! I just am hoping to get out of the grocery store so I can actually make money! lol I have been there for way too long so its time for a change.

    As for lifting, at least on the "Big 3" I am pretty bad compared to most on here. Seems like everyone can deadlift 5 plates and squat 4 plates.

    Probably shouldn't have even gone today but I did! Not much sleep the past 3 nights (3-4 h each night prob). It was a good workout but I was just tired.

    I brought my swimsuit to go in the hot tub after because usually monday nights have the most girls and of course there is a hockey game on so the gym was a lot quieter than normal. Son I am dissapoint Didn't even bother going in LOL I just want the girls to be mirin' my abzxxx

    Solid workouts as usual brah. I noticed that compared to your back in your contest prep pics, your back looks noticeably thicker now (based on those pics like 10 pages back). I have a pretty wide back but I wanna work on getting my back a lot thicker after my show, do you have any tips?

    Thanks, my back has A LONG way to go though!!! As for "thickness" well everyone always says do lots of rowing for thickness so I would just say that haha. Trying diff angles and seeing what feels the best. I'm a big believer in feeling the muscle work, and since you can't see your back when you train, it's harder to get the MMC for it.

    Had my job interview today and it went pretty well I thought. They phoned me back a few hours later and asked me to come back for another interview this Tuesday so I guess that is good news! I was in a great mood after that, took my PWO, drove to the gym and it was closed down! Fire trucks & cop cars everywhere, I guess there was a chemical spill in the parking lot from a delivery truck so they evaculated the whole building. I HOPE it's back open later because I will go hit up some shoulders.
