I had to stop doing them cuz I got frustrated. At my gym you can put the assisted thing on, or pull a pin and put it down. This one the assisted thing is there the whole time, so I put the weight on the lowest it goes and literally when I went down, the thing would go all the way to the bottom and as I'm going down on my next rep it would go up and hit my knees so it started pissing me off LOL.

So I went with my sister to a new gym by our house, it's called "Anytime Fitness" and it is a tiny ass gym for beginners (lulz me tryin to be hardcore) or cardio people. It doesn't even have a squat rack or a benchpress, just a smith machine. Not 1 freeweight barbell for anything. I asked her what she wanted to do and ofcourse "i don't know" so I just got her to go on some of the machines because she sure as hell didn't want to do free weights. The weights there felt so weird I guess cuz I am so used to the ones at my gym, and the benches were different too.
Good things though, I felt big compared to everyone haha. Tomorrow I'm doing back so I am goin back to my old gym. I have a 7 day free pass for this so maybe thursday I'll do shoulders at this gym since it's literally a 30 second drive from my house and has enough equipment for thatWorkout Log

PEEEEERDY good workout, major lower back pumpage on deads/bb rows lol I could hardly bend over to put the plate back on the rack.
I lol'd at the guy in his beater (he looked really big in a sweatshirt) who looks like he has never worked his back in his life. He also looks like he oils himself before he comes to the gym.
My friend was there who I keep buggin to workout with me and he taps me onthe shoulder and says "Yo I've been here since 5"........it was 8pm. LOL he won't listen to me and he just goes to the gym for so damn longWorkout Log

Well I want to warm my back up before I do deads haha I guess I can do them first next time :P BB rows I put my index finger on where it goes from the smooth to the rough part, I would consider it closegrip I guess. And yea my friend frustrates me, I convinced him to finally start lifting heavier but he still hasn't got his workouts to a normal time yet lol He spends probably 1h-1h30 cardio and stretching I bet.
Question, if I want to work more of the outer quad, would that just be a closer stance?Last edited by B-Neva; 05-06-2009 at 11:01 PM.

Felt like a good workout, always kinda iffy on shoulders because they always manage to bug me someway or another. Usually it's on side laterals when they bug me. Shoulders looked pretty round after my workout, did the usual posing when I got home :P
MISC
Very important: There's one guy at my gym who is a manlet and juices(i've heard him talk about using them) and he tried to squat 275 (I got 265 x 2 the other day) and he got down and failed miserably. It felt good knowing that he has chicken legs to go with his huge upper body. He said something about wanting to be able to do 225 and I lol'd.
This one guy who was squatting ATG and he took it literally, his ass like hit the ground every rep. Should you really go down that low? Hell I don't think I could get down that low with 0 weight lol.Workout Log

**** drunk people are so stupid. I had a few drinks in the beginning and stopped there after. When we left we had 5 people in the backseat enough for 3 and 3 of them were just totally wasted and screaming. When we dropped one person off they literally got out of the car and started like yelling at 2:30am, that kind of pissed me off.
Another reason why I don't like to drink.
O and the club had these 2 guys who just walked around with their shirts off and you could get your picture taken with them. I was mad because I looked better than them with a shirt off I also decided I want to be a bouncer at this club, the girls = insaneWorkout Log

They don't really have any "boxes" to stand on. They have one of those stepping boxes from old fitness commercials ( I don't know what they are called). They use them in aerobics stuff. When I was standing on it, it was bending in the middle and I thought I was going to snap it so I don't know how high I can go.
Like this except almost no support in the middle lol
and those front squats today, I just did like 135x5 cuz after 5 the bar was falling off lol It hurts its like resting on the damn boneLast edited by B-Neva; 05-10-2009 at 08:47 PM.

Goooooood workout today, I dunno I just had more energy besides Incline lol. Probably because I went at night and had food in me, lots of chicken n potatoes before my workout. God I did 60 for 10 easily and I go up to 70 and bam that first rep was brutal. My right quad has been bugging me as I"ve posted and I went in the hot tub after and I feel sooo loose right now and relaxed. I really hate going in the changeroom because I don't appreciate old naked men around me. I did look pretty swole after my workout though so that was cool.
I can't stop listening to the damn eminem cd lol Just playin that throughout my workouts nowLast edited by B-Neva; 05-11-2009 at 11:45 PM.

Back today, we'll see if I can get those DL's higher In the mirror I've noticed my back looks better, yes I literally have to hold a mirror in one hand to look at myself in the mirror behind me haha It's just everytime I take a damn picture it looks like crap lol.

Went in hot tub after which is pretty relaxing lol I got really pissed off because my lock is a piece of **** and it takes me atleast 5-10 minutes to open it. It looks like I'm trying to break into someones locker cuz I am just sittin there puttin the code in over and over.

**** my damn laptop is messed up. I can't even boot into windows and I'm using linux right now and the graphics are all ****ed up. When I boot up I get random ASCII characters all over the screen and when it finally loads the resolution is ****ed. Might just be a driver problem but I thin it's a hardware issue
this is what my screen looks like. When I am in linux the blue stripes are yellow though!
