Hi Girls-
Used to be a regular around here but got so slammed with school that it has been a while-- GREAT to be back!!
Anywhoo, I have become adverse to eating red meat, chicken, pork and (some) turkey.
While I still have egg whites, protein powder and some seafood, does anyone have any other suggestions for protein sources? It is really challenging now to get enough protein!!
