    Coan/Phillipi 10 week Deadlift Routine, Need Advice

    I understand the routine, it is simple enough. My question is what about the other 6 days of the week? What would compliment this deadlift routine to enhance my gains? My current deadlift max is 485 and I am trying to get it past 500, any advice would be great!

    The only advice I can give is that you shouldn't be doing any kind of deadlift variations or good mornings the rest of the week.

    I've squatted and benched fairly intensely on the program and made good gains- just make sure your grip is fresh for Coan.

    The Texas Method for squat/bench works well with this.

    Monday Squat/Bench volume 5x5
    Wed Coan/Phillip
    Fri Squat/Bench try to hit 1,2,3RM
