*these all were "gym lift" quality, they either didn't lock completely or locked but drifted into the rack before I would've gotten a rack command, gotta clean it up, but I'm thinking a deload would work best as my left elbow seems to be the issue.

That's me benching out wide, but no I don't pull sumo. I pull conventional. My sumo lags by about 200lbs. I just can't get the initial phase off the ground right in my setup.
umm..I don't know as I've never tried a natural GHR or a substitute, pretty much always had access to a GHR. I wouldn't say they're easy on a GHR, they're quite difficult, but they're way more effective.
