I assume the camera gets passed around but who does all the vid. editing? I always like seeing the array of training being done there.

Nice, thanks for doing them. Btw, I was laughing my ass off this morning. I was watching your latest vid while my son was sitting on my lap watching cartoons this morning. He looks at my phone and starts watching you guys too. Then he sees you squatting and yells SANTA XCER SIZING!!
BTW, how are you liking the new Rhino wraps ? I think you mentioned you were trying out some new ones they haven't come out with yet? How do they compare to say the APT stranglutors or convicts which I believe you've used one of those before. My Training Journal: http://tinyurl.com/jasons-journal

M.E. Squat
Squat Opener Night
1@330kg/727lbs
1@365kg/804lbs
1@390kg/859lbs
-804 was fast, 859 was pretty bad...
good things: didn't lose my knee positioning, didn't lose my arch/back on the way down. still finished an out of position squat, meaning back weaknesses have been mostly resolved.
bad things: good morning'd the 390kg, slow, major issue was glutes cramping, need to up hydration, as a consequence bodyweight was low, need to get that up after weigh ins.
opener: 385kg/848lbs
second: 405-417.5kg/892-920lbs
third: whatever I need to make 2400 a possibility

It looked to me like you took your 859 a touch deeper than the rest and maybe just wasn't used to it. Hard to tell what else might have went wrong from the front.

Yeah it was kinda weird...like you were sitting back good with your head up, got real deep, but then sort of transitioned and let your butt slide back and your body bent forward. What's the deal with the cramping lately?
