That's good news so far. My wife had a Ganglion cyst on her wrist and they tried to suck it out with a needle but couldn't do it and had to do surgery. She ended up getting another one and was able to get it sucked out.
Hopefully no surgery will be required. My Training Journal: http://tinyurl.com/jasons-journal

I know Luyando cold washes his shirts, and said you can do this at least once leading up to a comp to re-tighten the shirt. I know some of the guys at BIG just regular wash them and it works out well too.
For the rest of us non-sponsored athletes, we just need to be careful so we don't mess up the gear a few weeks before a meet...
Take it slow with the recovery, whatever the outcome will be. I know several guys that have ripped their bicep tendon off the bone and are now stronger than ever due to backing off the weights and doing a lot of rehab. All I'm saying is don't be afraid to back off if need be. You'll come back stronger.

bench: 314 raw, 500, no third
deadlift: 551, 622, 644
it is very good news about the elbow, but I'm not about to go for a PR 3 days after a cortisone shot.*Mods/CS will not, nor can they change your username, so don't ask*

good luck in your comp, those are great numbers
i see that you are loading water to make weight
I have my first comp in a few weeks, and Ill probably only be about 210 (dont worry, im not trying to drop down) - is there any benefit in trying to try and hold water weight to get a few extra pounds, and are there any techniques to do this?
or should i just eat as normal? My journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=110608191
