I was pretty sure that I was going to a 5/3/1 after my 5x5, but after your post about westside I am a bit more interested in trying this. I need to read through it more, since I still don't feel like I have a good grasp of it, but it sounds interesting too. Anyway, great log, and keep up the good lifting.

I'm feeling pretty hazy right now and my upper body joints/musculature are screaming for a deload.
on the flip side i feel really strong and we're gonna do reverse band deadlifts on tuesday, so I'm not sure what I want to do...will require some thought.
this training raw crap is not as fun, everything's sore and everything hurts. Its a good thing to be training raw for a while to get my base strength up, and hopefully be able to translate that to bigger geared numbers for september, but its a pretty good balancing act between strength and health.*Mods/CS will not, nor can they change your username, so don't ask*
