Interesting comment in your video about upping the hydration and it possibly having an effect on your leverages. I noticed some issues when I first started to up my water intake too, but I never thought that might be the reason why. It makes sense now that it is possible when I think about it.

i be leaf in u. hoping you'll stay healthy enough through the peak when it starts. Also the banded rack pulls..idk if u heard or not but that's not something that raw lifters are allowed to do.

I get the exact same feeling in the bottom portion of high bar squats. I always attributed it to the fact that the calf is being stretched due to the forward knee travel and the foot dorsiflexion.

quite possible...I don't really care why it happens, it just hurts and makes it uncomfy as hell to get through squats

I noticed big boy is also doing that foward body motion on bench very pronounced now. Is that something you brought over or they do around there? Seems to launch the bar off your chest.
