Hello, as some of you know me, i'm Strongaaron15. My Goals simply include putting on some muscle, and then loosing some fat. Currently i need to get a job, and actually get a nutrition schedule going.
Im still on break as soon as i get back i will start & continue updating this thread with stats, thoughts, and a vid/pict of the day (got the idea from clownbaby1)
Post costructive comments, criticism, and motivational quotes, thoughts, advice & the like to get reps

'My friend told me a good source of fish oil is the juice produced by female sexual reproduction organs. I do know that general area smells like salmon, but is it true that this is a good place to find healthy fish oils?' - bunshun1

LOLIN' WHILE I'M TROLLIN'
Personally I don't worry too much about abs themselves I just keep them tight on my heavy lifts. I'm at a fairly high BF atm and I can still see the top 4 coming through. As long as I'm not feeling any pain I don't worry too much.

thought id post this quick...
so i come in after getting a drink to do calf raises & then im done, near the entrance one of the coaches is there watching the gym, and i say" you should've been here earlier, you missed my deadlift" him: "Oh yeah, how much was it" me :155 hi: how many plates was that? me: 1 45 & 1 10, why? him: oh k, its just not many people in here can count well.

before my update theres something i saw that i just wanted 2 say...
at my school gym last week theres a kid few inches taller than me, always wears the same shirt, really quiet & a nice person, but he is skinny as HELL, like crazy skinny. hes a niner and wants 2 try out for football next year, he listens to what people say, a totally honest person. Now i change in the change room used during football season for the senior football team, so i hear them talking and watnot. This one kid (whom ive disliked since i wuz a niner) starts telling everyone that comes in about this one skinny kid thats tryin out for football next year, and starts describing his weak lifts (squats the bar,etc) & most of them laughed with him. I dont even know his name and standing up 4 him would just cause a useless arguement with some1 I avoid so i just rolled my eyes, changed, and left. i feel pretty sorry 4 the kid. this week though one of the football captains, one of the nicest & best people in the world (no homo) is now training with him, and i just have 2 give him props

im so srry guys... I pretty much estated myself, therefore estating u guys. i got a different view on my form and reallised just how bad it actually wuz. i thought it was at least moderate, but my squat & con/sumo deadlift form wuz WAY worse than i realised, from now on im droping a load of weight of the bar to get proper form, again im so srry guys, im so disappointed in myself (no negs)
