Hello, as some of you know me, i'm Strongaaron15. My Goals simply include putting on some muscle, and then loosing some fat. Currently i need to get a job, and actually get a nutrition schedule going.
Im still on break as soon as i get back i will start & continue updating this thread with stats, thoughts, and a vid/pict of the day (got the idea from clownbaby1)
