Bulking progress update - up 40 lbs in 6 months
I was 165 6 months ago. 205 today. I have gained some fat - went from a 30 waist to a 32. I'm trying for 225 and then cut to 210 and see where things stand. In my bulk I have really focused on back and legs, which were lagging. Arms, for some reason, are pretty good and keep growing even though I am not focusing on them.

as long as you are lifting legs and back, arms going to be trained indirectly and continue to grow...great progress

You've gained a lot of fat. I actually like the first pic better. The most muscle you can gain in half a year is like 13-14 lbs. Everything else is fat and water. It's great if you just want to be big though

Thanks for the feedback.
I probably gained about 10 lbs of fat, which is not that much. I actually felt too skinny in the earlier pic. Should a guy who is 6'2 be trying on pants with a 28 waist? I'm a 32 now, which is not exactly fat, but my friends do like to make fun of the new fat me.
I will cut again after I get to 225 and try to maintain around 8%-10% bf. Below that feels too low for me.
As for being too big...I do think about that. Someone told me that my body was not professional. Not sure that exactly that means.

Holy ****!
I'd say bulk for 1-2 more months then cut for the summer... Damn your big, and not overly fat at all. You're at a point where your abs are kinda still showing, but have a little fat over them to make it look weird. It's good though, because it means you don't have all that much fat to loosee. Good JOb!

Pretty clean. I'm not into junk food, don't drink pop or juice. Lots of protein, lots of vegetables, not too much grains (all grains are whole grains). I will take a better pic at some point. the one that I used makes me look like a bit of an idiot and fatter than I really am.

I don't watch the show, so i just checked him on-line. I don't think that I look at all like him.

that is hilarious. I don't even use creatine. Separately, I am so happy to get my first steroids accusation.
