Most of the time I will be runing on a treadmill mil for 45 mins. I do 15-25mins of fat burning after I lift weights. Some times I will not do cardio if I lose to much weight at one time. I try to keep me losing around 2-3 pounds a week no more.

I saw some results, but in the end always ended up right back where I started. 50% of my motivation is to be a downright handsome fella! Well I have been training seriously for about 3 years. When I was a teenager I played varisity football and was a lineman, therefore I had the lineman look. I was 6' and about 275-280 lbs and was defiantly overweight. Since then I have taken my diet and training seriously and have gotten down to a very manageable 205 lbs. From the time I was 18 I have gone form a 42" waist to a 32" waist. I now train five days a week, and I'm really trying to get that lean and ripped look I've always strived for but have yet to be able to obtain. I should be chosen because I am an extremly dedicated and honest individual, who takes his training and diet very seriously, and I feel as if I could really beneift from this product

I train 5 days a week. My current shedule is the following:
Monday-Chest, calves, abs, followed by low intensity cardio.
Tuesday-Back, LISS
Wednesday-Legs, abs, LISS

I usually take saturday and sunday off but will sometimes do fasted cardio in the morning. I train High volume with 10-12 sets for larger bodyparts, and 6-9 sets for smaller bodyparts

I was one of the testers of Xhilar8. I know I can hadle the dosing, cause I already tried it and I could even handle a higher dosage. I also felt a small change in my body fat, so I am hoping to see more with longer use of Xhilar8.

about 4 months. Since school started I've really been kicking my ass in the gym and 2009 will be when I really kicking it up. I plan to get my diet even more in line and actually start taking cardio more seriously (going to be cutting soon)

Most things are done 3x10, except shrugs and wrist curls which are done until failure.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (As much detail as possible):
10-15 minutes pre, every training day. As well I do 30 mins post on training days. On off days I can do anywhere from 30mins to an hour.
I usually do 4-5mph at an incline of 4-6.
I usually do either treadmill or stationary bike.
