does anyone workout without a Pre-workout Supplement these days?
so far everyone i know takes pre-workouts and i did too but i rather not...
does anyone here workout without em and see gains?

yes to not taking pre-workout supps, i started a new 5x5 and only noticed gains, its great.

No pre-workout supps except maybe caffeine if I need it. Back when I used supps pre-workout I didn't see any noticeable difference in gains compared to without, to be honest. Sure they get you jacked and give you a great pump, but after that? Eh.

Superpump250, better pumps, great vascularity compared to before.. & pretty good strength gains too..

no pre-workout sup.
i eat eggs + toast + baked beans an hour prior to workout.

yea it gets u jacked and Pumped...
but isnt it true that if u dont get a full pump u dont get any gains even uf i eat Right Post -workout...
also i stopped taking protein... and haven't taken it for a while now..
but i got sick and i lost 6 lbs...idk is it because i stopped the protein and the pre workout or...just cuz of the sickness and not eating like before..?

I usually get 1lbs/week whilst bulking and thats without any pre workout supps.
Whey, creatine, multivitamin and fish oil caps - all you need.

omg for people thatsay superpump 250 is good. holy sh*t hadit the first time tday i f*king hate it soooo much getting bak on no xplod not even tha much energy i took 2 scoos its soooo sh*t and the after taste is still there even 4 hrs later AND PUMPS WERE SH*T NOXPLOD IS SOOOOOOOOOOO SO SO SO SO MUCH BETTER. but i suppose different people differnt body types but i was sooo pissed of

i do sumperpump250 maybe once or twice a year...
usually i just eat some protein and carbs about an hour b4 i workout with fishoil...and i'll take a redbull on chest day...

i've tried liftin without a pre workout...i'm sure it's more of a placebo effect but i just feel like i don't want to be there. i just kind of go through the motions and don't feel the energy like i do if i take something before.

Been taking NOXAVOL, stuff is pretty good, one of the few NO supps to give me a decent pump and to get my veins popping. I suppose the only good thing about taking pre workout supps besides the pump is that they claim to give you more endurance and strength during your lift, which can lead to more reps, and more reps lead to more muscles built. But idk if NOXAVOL has given me more reps, but def a good pump.
