hey guys what s up thanks for opening the thread...... Im 5'11 279lbs i lift 4-5 days a week i usual dont do cardio but i have been.... i drink 3 times a week heavy.. very big in to going out and partying and i usual eat like ****... my goal is 2 lose 50lbs by memorial day weekend and i know i need to eat clean and do cardio but is there any diet i can follow for a guide line so it is alittle easier for me..... thanks alot mike

if ur serouis about losing weight you would stop drinking or cut back to one night a week for your cheat. Thats a lot of extra cals ur consuming just there and by the sounds of it you dont have a diet planned out just read around the forums and the stickeys will be of help to you.
